I’m really excited to share my media console with you!
I was looking for something minimal, black and around 80 inches for my living room.
The West Elm Norre media console was perfect!
This media console comes in the colors Blackened Oak and Blonde. I went with the Blackened Oak. I wanted a black media console because it blends seamlessly with the rest of my furniture and decor.
Price
At the time of this post the price is $999. This is definitely a high-end item but luckily I had a gift card 🙂

Pros
- Size: If you’re looking for a larger media console, this is perfect. For reference, my TV is a 75in.
- Quality: I was really impressed with the quality of the wood material. It came in 3 packages and nothing was damaged.
- Color: I wanted a simple black color. Note, this is not a true black but it’s pretty close.
- Storage: This is always a plus. I love the storage with the sleek doors to hide my weights and yoga mat. This console also hides the outlet for the TV.
Cons
- Price: Like I previously stated, this item is on the higher end but I had a gift card. I was also able to save money on shipping by having it shipped to the store instead of directly to my house.
- Assembly (No White Glove Delivery): I was told the Norre Collection at West Elm does not have white glove delivery due to the assembly time. Luckily, I was able to put it together in one night. It was pretty straightforward, however surprisingly the parts (except the hardware) were not labeled so I just had to carefully look at the pictures and figure it out, but I got there. I did use a power drill, just be careful so you don’t split the wood.
